"We respectfully acknowledge the traditional custodians of the land on which we gather today in Bacchus Marsh, Victoria, Australia. We pay our deep respects to the Wadawurrung people, their Elders past, present, and emerging, who have cared for and nurtured this land for countless generations.

This land has a rich history and cultural significance, and we recognize the enduring connection that Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples have with it. We honor their unique cultures, languages, and traditions, and we acknowledge the profound contributions they have made and continue to make to the community, culture, and heritage of this region.

As we stand on this land, we commit ourselves to fostering understanding, respect, and reconciliation with the First Nations peoples of Australia. We acknowledge the injustices of the past and pledge to work towards a future of equality, unity, and mutual respect.
